Terrace of similar cottages. Probably early C19. Purbeck Stone walls, slate roofs.
Brick chimney stacks. Two storeys. Each house has an extrance door, (originally
ledged, some replaced by modern doors), and one double-hung sash window on each of
ground and first floors. Those in Nos 233, 235 and 239 retain their glazing bars.
The terrace in front of these 4 houses has ornamental iron railings. (End of group
of houses on raised terrace.)
