Probably C18. Purbeck stone walls, partly rendered. Purbeck stone roof. Brick stack.
Two-storeys. Entrance has stone porch with modern door. Modern windows on ground and
first floors. Large buttresses to south wall. West (rear) wall has a lean-to extension,
and a porch with modern tiled roof. A new house has been added, to the north, attached
to the original house. House somewhat altered, but still listable as one of the
surviving outlying farms of Swanage. The range of farm buildings round the yard at
the rear of the house, with stone walls and corrugated iron roofs, are not now listable.
