Probably mid C19. (Not shown on 1840 Tithe Map). Linked to Pier View Flats by a
bridge at first floor level. Rendered walls and slate roof. Twin gabled elevation to
Seymer Road. Three storeys. Three-storeyed canted bay windows in each gable, with
semi-circular niches on each storey between the bays. Ornamental bargeboards to gables.
Double-hung sashes with glazing bars to bays, with moulded cornices. Entrance in side
wall. Porch has timber columns with mask heads, supporting a projecting first floor
room. Panelled door. Stone front boundary wall, Picturesque.
