Built c1830 by William Morton Pitt, possibly as a lodging house. Forms the end of
the terrace described above and was designed as a "stop" to it. Rendered walls,
slate roof. Four storeys high with projecting pilasters each end of the facade.
Double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. Entrance in the side (south) wall.
Doorway similar in detail to those of 2, 3 and 4, but appears to have had a pedimented
head - now missing.
