SY 8494 BERE REGIS NORTH STREET, EAST SIDE

13/14 No 15 (The Acorn)

GV II

Detached cottage. At right angles to road. Late C17 - early C18. Brick walls,
half-hipped thatched roof, brick stacks with oversailing caps. 2 storeys. Main
south elevation has brick porch with tiled gabled roof and round arched opening
Ground floor has three casement windows with glazing bars. First floor has two
similar windows. Lean-to extension on east, of brick, with tiled roof. Main
ground floor room has large open fireplace with timber lintel. RCHM Monument 20.
