Detached house. Late C18, extended to north probably in early C19. Late C19
additions at rear. Walls part brick, part plastered, colourwashed. Thatched
roof, hipped at north end. Brick end and centre stacks. One storey and attics.
Entrance at rear. Ground floor has 5 casement windows with glazing bars.
Attic has 2 ½-dormers and one window under eaves - all casements with glazing
bars. RCHM Monument 39.
