Terraced cottage. Probably C18. Walls, lower part plastered, upper part
brick, thatched roof, brick end stacks. 2 storeys. C20 flush door. Ground
floor has 2 double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. First floor has 2
C20 casement windows. Single-storey outbuilding on west, linked to that of
No 74, has plastered walls and tiled roof, and one double-hung sash window.
Included for group value. RCHM Monument 6.
