GV II

Attached house. Early C19, extended to east in mid-C19. Plastered walls,
with brick dentil cornice at eaves. Tiled roof, plastered end stacks. 2 storeys.
C20 door in C20 classical style surround and hoof. Ground floor has 2 3-light
windows with ornamental glazing - cast iron - and raised surrounds. First
floor has 2 similar windows and one similar 2-light window above door. Late
C19 extension has plastered walls and slate roof, and 2 casement windows on
first floor. Internally, contemporary cut-string staircase has spandrel brackets
and wreathed handrail.

Attached boundary wall on north-west, plastered, with tiled capping, extending
down Church Lane.

An attractive Regency-style house.
