Cottage with attached barn. Cottage early C17. Barn early Cl9. Cottage
has brick walls, thatched roof, brick end stacks. 2 storeys. Ledged door in
brick porch with gabled tiled roof. Ground floor has 2 C20 casement windows
with glazing bars. First floor has 3 similar windows slightly set into roof.
Single-storey rear lean-to under slate roof. Evidence, in gable, that main
roof has been slightly raised.

Barn has cob walls and corrugated iron roof. Large hipped cart torch on south
West of this a lean-to under catslide roof. RCHM Monument 17.
