Detached cottage. Probably C18, enlarged in C20. Original section has
plastered walls, thatch roof and plastered end stack. Two-room plan. One
storey and attic. Modern plastered porch with tiled roof and "Tudor" style
door. Ground floor has two casement windows, one with glazing bars. Attic
has two ½-dormers with casements with glazing bars. Single-storey lean-to
extensions each end, with tiled roofs and C20 windows. Main ground floor
room has large open fireplace with timber lintol - partly remodelled. RCHM
Monument 10.
