SY 99 NW LYTCHETT MATRAVERS EDDYGREEN ROAD,
EAST SIDE

3/108 Eddygreen Holding

II

Small detached cottage. Probably C18. Brick walls, part plastered, on
ironstone plinth. Thatched roof with coped gable at west end, brick end
stacks. At right angles to road. One storey and attic. Brick porch with
corrugated iron roof and part-glazed door. Ground floor has one double-hung
sash window with glazing bars. Attic has 2 ½-dormers, one with double-
hung sash and one with casement, both with glazing bars. Corrugated iron
shed attached at front. Main ground floor room has large open fireplace.
Generally little altered. RCHM Monument 17.
