Detached cottage. C18. Plastered cob walls, thatched roof, brick end stacks.
At right angles to road. 2 storeys. Brick porch with corrugated iron roof and
part-glazed panelled door. Ground floor has 2 double-hung sash windows with
vertical glazing bars. First floor has 2 similar windows slightly set into roof.
Attached outbuilding at west end, of similar construction, at slightly lower
level. Lean-to extension at rear, of brick, with corrugated asbestos roof.
Internally, main ground floor room has C18 moulded cornice.
