Detached cottage. Late C18 - early C19. Roughcast cob walls on brick base,
thatched roof, hipped at west end, brick stack at east end. 2-room plan. One
storey and attic. Timber lean-to at west end. Entrance at rear. Ground floor
has 2 horizontally sliding sash windows and one casement in former doorway.
Attic has 2 ½-dormers, all with glazing bars. Internally, main ground floor
room has large open fireplace, part built up.
