Coach house. Probably C18. Stone walls, thatched roof. Single-storey. Large
double doors in south wall. Now used as garage. Stone boundary walls to street.
Included for group value.
Note. This is not the barn formerly listed (Grade III) as "Barn at St Nicholas (now
Vicarage) Farm" - map ref. 21/3. This has been demolished.
