Probably C18. Southern section has walls of stone, flint and cob, with brick details. Thatched roof, brick stack. Two-room plan. One storey and attics. Ledged door in timber porch with slate roof. Ground floor has two horizontally sliding sash windows with glazing bars. Attic has two dormers with similar sashes. Later extension on south with cob and stone walls. Internally, main ground floor room has large open fireplace with timber lintel and bread oven, and one exposed chamfered ceiling beam. Lead pump against front wall. Northern section - may be later. Stone walls, slate roof. Brick stack, shared with southern section. Two-room plan. Two storeys. Two ledged doors - one in timber porch. Ground floor has one casement window with glazing bars. First floor had two horizontally sliding sash windows with glazing bars.

Garage building of vertical split logs with thatched roof. Small outbuilding of similar construction.
