Terrace of two - (formerly three) cottages, with attached stable range. Probably
C18. Brick walls, tiled roofs, brick end and centre stacks. Two storeys, brickwork
of upper storey appears later. Front wall buttressed. No. 56 has two ledged
doors. Ground floor has two horizontally sliding sash windows and one casement.
First floor has three horizontally sliding sash windows and one casement, all with
glazing bars. No. 58 has ledged door. Ground floor has one casement window with
glazing bars. First floor has three similar windows.
Attached stable range has brick walls, buttressed, and tiled roof. One storey and
loft. Ground floor has a range of doors and horizontally sliding sash windows. One
shuttered opening. Three triangular gabled dormers to loft.
