Detached cottage. Late 18-early C19 - appears of two builds. Stone walls, stone
slate roof, brick stack. Two storeys. Single-storey lean-to on north has part
weatherboarded walls and slate roof. Gable end to lane. Porch with slate lean-to
roof and part-glazed panelled door. Ground floor has one casement window with
glazing bars. First floor has two windows with glazing bars and top-hung lights.
Stone lean-to on east, with slate roof, and attached stone outbuilding with
corrugated iron roof.
