Originally a pair of cottages - now one house. Probably late C18. Plastered walls
on brick plinth, thatched roofs, central brick stack. Two storeys. Modern two-
storey extension to east, also plastered and thatched. Modern lean-to porch at rear
of original range, with brick walls and slate roof. Thatch roof continued over
extensions at each end. Modern oak door in tiled porch. Casement windows with cast
iron lights on ground and first floors. Large open fireplaces in main ground floor
rooms - one retaining bread oven.
