Detached house. Probably C18, may be of earlier origin. Walls part plastered cob, part brick on stone base; thatched roof, brick stack. One storey and attics. Single-storey lean-to on south has cob and brick walls and modern tiled roof. 6-panel raised panel door in thatched rustic porch. Ground floor has one casement window and two horizontally sliding sashes, all with glazing bars. Evidence of blocked doorway at north end. Attic has two half-dormers with horizontally sliding sashes with glazing bars. The northern section may have originated as an outbuilding, later incorporated into the house.
Main ground floor room has large fireplace, now built up. One exposed chamfered
ceiling beam.
