Originally one house now house and shop. No. 23 C18. No. 24 probably early C19.
No. 23 has brick walls, thatched roof, brick stack. Parapet at north end of roof.
Two storeys. Modern glazed porch and part-glazed door. Ground floor has two metal
casement windows. First floor has three horizontally sliding sash windows with
glazing bars.
Main ground floor room has remains of open fireplace - altered. Single-storey
lean-to at rear under catslide roof - also later flat-roofed extension.
No. 24 has plastered walls, thatched roof, brick stack. Two storeys. Modern glazed
porch and part-glazed door. Ground floor has one metal casement window. First
floor has one horizontally sliding sash window with glazing bars. Single-storey
lean-to at rear under catslide roof. Included for group value.
