Probably early C19 former Farmhouse, may incorporate earlier work. Date stone 1823
in rear wall. Stone walls with brick dressings and brick dentil cornice at eaves,
tiled roof, brick stacks with ornamental caps. Two storeys. Single-storey lean-to
at rear has stone walls, under slate catslide roof. Part-glazed door in timber
trellised porch with ogee-shaped bargeboard. Ground floor has two double-hung sash
windows with glazing bars. First floor has three similar windows.
