Cottage with tea rooms premises. Probably C18. Plastered walls, thatched roof,
brick stack. Two storeys. Part-glazed door. Ground floor has two modern casement
windows with glazing bars. First floor has three similar windows. Lean-to at rear
under catslide roof.
Note. The weather-boarded extensions to the east are not listable.
