Detached cottage, formerly a Keeper's Lodge. Probably mid C19.
In Victorian Tudor style. Buff brick walls, stone-slated roof
with coped gables. Ornamental brick stacks of star-shaped plan.
One storey and attic. L-shaped plan. Store-slated verandah on
brick piers. Gable end to road. This front has ledged door and,
on ground floor, a 2-light stone mullioned window with arched
lights. Attic has a single-light window with arched head, under
hoodmould.
