- II
Detached cottage - appears to have been 2 cottages. Late C18 -
early Cl9. Plastered cob walls on rubble stone base. Hipped thatched
roof, central brick stack. 2 storeys. Part-glazed C20 door. Ground
floor has 2 casement windows and one C20 metal window. First floor
has 2 horizontally sliding sash windows with glazing bars. Timber
lean-to extension on west. Lean-to at rear, with concrete tiled
roof. Probably originally squatter's cottages on the green.
