Semi-detached cottage - possibly originally an outbuilding to the
adjoining house (Item No 8/56). Probably mid-C19. Brick walls,
stone slate roof, central brick stack. Single storey. Gabled
tiled porch with part-glazed panelled door. 2 casement windows,
with horizontal glazing bars, under segmental arches. Included
for group value.
