Detached farmhouse. Mid-late C18. Brick walls, - west wall partly
tile-hung. Hipped tiled roof with central valley gutter and parapet
to front wall. Brick stacks on centre spine wall. Double-pile plan.
2 storeys and attic. Front wall in header bond. Dentil cornice
above first floor windows. Raised panel door in classical timber
surround, pilasters with acanthus capitals, entablature supporting
open pediment. Solid traceried semi-circular fanlight over door.
Panelled reveals. Ground floor has two 2-light double-hung sash
windows with glazing bars. First floor has 3 similar windows.
Internally, one ground floor room has contemporary fireplace
surround. One nipped dormer in west roof slope. Low brick wall to
front boundary with open timber fence and gate.
