GV II

Boat house at end of terrace, attached to Warden's House (q.v.) on east.
Brick walls, plastered. Slate roof with battlemented parapet to gable.
Gable end to quay. Single-storey. Pair of ledged doors. Cross-shaped
opening in gable. String course below battlements. Part of an important
group on the harbour frontage. A National Trust property.
