Detached cottage. Probably C17, extended to left in C18. Rubble stone walls,
stone slate roof, brick end stacks.2 storeys. Stone porch with felted lean-to
roof and casement window. Ground floor has 3 casement windows with glazing
bars. First floor has 2 stone-mullioned windows with some remains of lead
lights. Main ground floor room has large open fireplace with cambered timber
lintol.
