GV II

Semi-detached cottage. Late C17 - early C18. Rubble stone walls, stone slate roofs,
one brick and one stone end stack. 2 storeys and attic. Stable door. Ground and
first floors each have 2 casement windows. Attic has one pent-roofed dormer
with casements. 2 small older windows in end gable wall. Internally, both ground
floor rooms have large open fireplaces with timber lintols - one with bread oven.
One chamfered ceiling beam with leaf stops. RCHM Monument 11 (Dorset Vol II).
