Cottage in terrace. C17 origin. Rubble stone-walls, roof originally thatched,
brick end stacks. One storey and attic. Ledged door. Ground floor has 2
casements with centre horizontal glazing bar. Attic has remains of 2 dormers.
Projecting external bread oven at left end. Damaged by fire at time of survey
(1985), but consent granted for reconstruction in original form. (RCHM,
