7/130 Town House annexe.
GV II
House attached to Town House on right, and now part of it. C18. Rubble stone
walls, stone slate roof. 2 storeys. Obtuse-angled L-shaped plan. Part-glazed
ledged door across external angle. Ground floor has 3 metal casements, one in a
former doorway. First floor has 2 casements with glazing bars. Attached out-
building on right, in matching construction, single-storeyed, has lean-to roof
and large timber double doors. Included for group value. A National Trust
property. (RCHM, Monument 5. Dorset. Vol. II).
