Pair of cottages in terrace. C18 origin, part rebuilt in C19. Rubble stone walls,
slate roofs with stone eaves courses, central shared brick stack. 2 storeys. No. 9
has ledged door, under segmental brick arch. Ground floor has 2 casements, under
similar arches, one with glazing bars, one with horizontal glazing bars. First
floor has 2 casements with glazing bars. No. ll has ledged door with small glass
panel, under segmental brick arch. Ground floor has one casement with glazing
bars under similar arch. First floor has 2 casements with glazing bars. (RCHM,
