Semi-detached cottage. Dated 1741. Rubble stone walls, stone slate roof, brick end stacks. One storey and attic. Front wall buttressed. Ledged door with small glass panel, under flat arch. Ground floor has two casements with centre horizontal bar, under flat arches. Attic has two pent-roofed dormers with similar casements. C20 lean-to garage at left end. Internally, main ground floor room has large open fireplace with curved timber lintel. A National Trust property.
