Former dairy, loggia, yard walls and outbuilding, now storage. Mid C19.
Ashlar sandstone; overlapping stone tiles on roof. Dairy, in the form of a
Romanesque chapel, with loggia on right return and yard walls and outbuilding
on rear.

Gable-fronted dairy. Round-arched doorway, under loggia, on right return.
Round-arched windows. Central front buttress flanked by single windows with
engaged colonnettes and roll-moulded heads under semicircular hoodmoulds;
pair of small lights in gable with zigzag moulding on heads and linked hoodmoulds.
Steeply-pitched roof with coped gables. 3-bay left return has recessed bays
between piers; each bay has single window and corbel table. Small projecting
gabled bay on rear.

Flat-roofed loggia: 3 roll-moulded round arches on thin paired colonnettes with
waterleaf capitals; identical arch on right return bay; classical marble relief
set in rear wall; lean-to stone shed on rear.

Tall walls with chamfered coping enclose rear yard. Wall on left rear has
round-headed archway. Rear wall has square-headed doorway. Single-storey,
2-bay outbuilding has boarded door, 18-pane sash, roof with coped gables and
stone end stack.

Interior of dairy: tiled floor and walls; marble benches on 3 sides; round arch,
with billet moulding, on single colonnettes in front of rear bay; 6 roof
trusses, with arch-braced collars, on mid-wall corbels.
