House. Early C18; altered 1982. Garden front hand-made brick (in irregular bond)
with painted stone dressings; rendered returns and entrance front; renewed Welsh
slate roof; stone chimneys. 2-storey, 6-bay garden front has chamfered plinth and
tooled quoins. Eared, bolection-moulded stone doorcase under cornice in bay to
left of centre. Replaced casements in openings with flush lintels and projecting
stone sills. Roof has renewed gable copings. Rendered end stacks; corniced ridge
stack. Entrance front has 6-panel door and a round-arched stair window.
Interior: dogleg staircase, of 2 flights plus landing rail, has closed string with
pulvinated frieze, panelled newels and a ramped, moulded handrail (balusters all
replaced in 1982).
