2/23 Cotsford Grange Farmhouse

GV II

Former farmhouse. Early C19 of 2 builds. Incised stucco on brick with renewed
pantiled roofs and brick chimneys. 2 storeys, 2 and 3 windows. C19 5-panel
door with overlight in fourth bay; fenestration mainly replaced though first
floor has one 12- and three 16-pane sashes. Roof has raised right verge; 2
ridge and right end chimneys. Single-storey wing attached to rear not of special
interest. Included for group value.
