Former coach-house now garage/flat. Mid-late C18 with later alterations.
Narrow hand-made brick front with dressed stone quoins; coursed rubble returns
and rear. Renewed pantiled roof with stone-flagged eaves. Brick chimneys.
2 storeys, 3 bays. Large C20 garage opening, with double doors, across centre
and right bays. 12-pane sash to left of garage doors and three square 6-pane
sashes above, all with flush stone lintels and projecting sills. Steeply-
pitched hipped roof with flagged eaves. Rendered external chimney on right
return and central external chimney with semicircular projection (possibly
a bread oven ?) on rear. Included for group value. C20 lean-to brick addition
on front of left bay is not of interest.
