House, now offices. Late C18. Painted brick and ashlar dressings; Welsh slate
roof with brick chimney. 3 storeys, one wide bay. Partly glazed door and
overlight at left in architrave; late C19 sashes in moulded frames have projecting
stone sills; flat stone lintels on ground and first floor; header-course brick
lintel at eaves to top window. End chimney.
