Burn Hall.

GV II

Conservatory. Circa 1900. Ashlar base; wood frame with iron roof-ties.
9 bays. Central 3 bays have high gabled porch in front of square-domed
central tower with curved glass. Elliptical-headed lights in porch.
Bays defined by fluted pilasters, All windows have upper glazing bars.
Roof has overlapping glass surviving in places; ball and spike gable
finials. Moulded cast-iron gutter cornice.
Interior: tie-rods on brackets with circles in spandrels; ratchet ventilator
controls.
