Early C19 3-storey building with 3 windows on 2nd floor, 2 pairs below. Low pitched
slated roof. Stucco with cill bands. Moulded stucco architraves, having raised
centres with medallions, to sash windows. Two canted bays on ground floor and
at left a 6-panel door with oblong fanlight in a wood doorcase of pilasters and
bracketed entablature.
