Outbuilding to north-east of Blackwell Grange

U-shaped range of buildings, probably third quarter of C18. Two storeys except
for a one-storey south end. Pinkish brick. High pitched roof, renewed in modern
tiles, with ridge stacks. Sash windows with glazing bars in flush box frames.
Elliptical arched carriage entrance.
