Late C18 or early C19. Originally one house, now divided. Two storeys, 3 windows
in all. Pinkish brick; slated roof with end chimney. Gauged flat brick arches
to 1st floor sash window with glazing bars in flush wood architraves. Ground floor
altered: half glazed 4-panel door set back in modern wood doorcase of architrave
in flat panel with cornice, flanked by reproduction. Regency segmental bow windows.
