Early-mid C19, contemporary with and forming part of the North Road Station complex.
Two storeys, 3 bays. Coursed freestone with raised quoins and 1st floor band.
Hipped slated roof of moderate pitch. Central ashlar chimney with cornice. Recessed
sash windows with glazing bars in raised stone surrounds. Central 6-panel and
with oblong fanlight in similar surround. Included partly for group value and
historical associations.
