Early C18 3-storey, 3-Window front, altered. High pitched swept roof renewed in
modern tiles, continuous with Nos 7 and 8 Prebend Row. Centre and end chimneys
and walls of pinkish brick. Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows with glazing
bars in flush box frames. Modern shops below. Yard entrance at right.
