(Formerly listed as No 31)
House. Late C18-early C19 with late C20 alterations. Roughcast and painted
masonry. Pantiled roof and rendered brick chimney stack.
2 storeys, 3 bays. Central replaced door and 4-pane overlight in wood doorcase.
Flanking replaced casements in slightly-enlarged openings. 3 replaced sashes
with projecting sills above. Low-pitched roof with coped left gable parapet
and left end stack.
