20 metres north of
Cleatlam Hall Farm

Barn with granary over and attached cartshed. Mid Cl9. Hammer-dressed sandstone
with dressed quoins; barn has pantiled roof with double row of sandstone flags
at eaves; cartshed has roof of large Welsh slates. L-plan. 2-storey, 4-bay barn
with lower 2-storey, 2-bay section to right. Left section has central boarded
doors and flanking 8-pane casements; first floor has row of breathers and boarded
door in flat surround to right of centre; roof has coped gables and shaped
kneelers. Right section has boarded door with single 8-pane casement above;
cartshed attached to right bay; roof has coped right gable.

Single-storey, 3-bay cartshed has three elliptical brick arches on square piers.
Window head built into gabled right return is probably late C14 and has two ogee
arches set-back with trefoiled heads.

Attached farmbuildings to right and rear not of special interest.
