Outbuilding. Probably mid C18 with mid C19 addition to rear. Sandstone rubble
brought to course, roughly dressed quoins; mid C19 addition dressed sandstone;
moderately-pitched, 2-span roof-of graduated green slate. Dutch door in right
bay with 6-pane sash to left and two similar windows above. Double-gabled
right return has external stone staircase leading to first-floor boarded door.
Rear, originally single-storeyed, was heightened in mid C19 and has two 12-pane
horizontal sliding sashes. Included for group value.
