Farmhouse and garden wall. Mid C18 with later additions.Roughcast sandstone
rubble with dressed quoins; C20 concrete tiled roof; brick stacks. 2 storeys,
3 bays. Central part-glazed C20 door in raised surround. Flanking Cl9
canted bay windows with 12- and 8-pane sashes. First floor has 12-pane sashes
with raised sills, the central sash renewed. Single-storey rear outshut has
truncated round-headed staircase window. Moderately-pitched roof has tall
gable copings and kneelers, C19 end chimneys.

Semicircular-plan garden wall of dressed sandstone, attached to left of farmhouse
and to-left return of threshing barn, is about 1.0 metre high, has chamfered
coping and two octagonal-plan gate piers with rounded tops.

Addition and farmbuildings to right not of special interest.
