Former farmhouse, now byre with loft; attached stable range. Circa 1700; mid
C19 stable range. Coursed rubble. Stone-flagged roof and stone chimney stack.
Stable range attached to rear of left return of farmhouse.

Farmhouse has low plinth and roughly-shaped quoins. Yard front with external
stone stairs to boarded door. Gabled left return: Dutch door with small blocked
opening to right, blocked 2-light flat-mullioned window above; small blocked
2-light chamfered-mullioned window in gable. 2 blocked fire windows in right
return. Rebuilt rear with several breathers and 2 blocked openings. Right end
stack with top band and water table. Interior: both floors have small
fireplaces in chamfered surrounds with large rough lintels.

One-storey, 2-bay stable range has 2 Dutch doors and is included for group value.
