House and front garden wall with gate piers. House dated 1732 on doorway with
late C19 alterations and additions. C19 wall and gate piers. House: squared
sandstone rubble; blue-slate roof; stone chimney stacks. Dressed sandstone
wall.

2 storeys, 3 bays with central doorway and alternating quoins. Door entablature,
partly concealed by mid C20 solid stone porch, has panelled frieze inscribed
17 I:W:P 32; end sections of cornice break forward over volutes. Windows in
projecting nearly-square surrounds; replaced 4-pane sash and blocked fire
window to right; replaced 12-pane casements to left and above. Roof has end
stacks with top ledges and water tables. Projecting semicircular bread oven
towards rear of right return. One-storey rear outshut.

Low garden wall has central pair of tooled-and-margined gate piers and a curved
section to right.

Front porch not of special interest.
